Overview

The Rkgg Affiliate Program enables qualified partners to promote the Rkgg platform and refer real money players. This agreement governs attribution, commission calculations, and payment terms for compliant marketing activities. Participation requires compliance with applicable laws and the terms herein.

Definitions

Real money player means a user who deposits funds and plays for real money on the Rkgg platform. Tracking link is a unique identifier assigned to each partner and its promotional assets. Net revenue means gross revenue generated by referred players after deductions for license fees, bonuses, chargebacks, and other permitted adjustments as defined in the terms. Partner ID is the identifier issued to a partner following approval.

Eligibility and Registration

Eligibility requires a partner to be at least 18 years old, to own or operate a compliant promotional channel, and to comply with advertising and gaming laws. Registration is completed through the approved form and submission of a compliant website or traffic source. Upon approval, a Partner ID is issued and access to the Partner Dashboard is enabled.

Tracking and Attribution

Each promotional domain submitted for the program is associated with a unique tracking link. The Partner Dashboard provides real time or near real time visibility of clicks, signups, deposits, and revenue attributed to referred players. Data is updated daily and supports periodic exports for auditing purposes.

Commission Models

Revenue Share

Commissions are calculated monthly based on net revenue generated by referred real money players. Tiered rates apply by calendar month as follows: up to 25,000 USD of net revenue yields 20 percent; 25,001 to 100,000 USD yields 25 percent; 100,001 USD and above yields 30 percent. Net revenue deductions include applicable fees, bonuses, refunds, and chargebacks as defined in the terms. Payouts are made on a monthly cycle once net earnings are finalized.

Cost Per Action CPA

CPA offers provide a fixed payment for each first time depositor referred who meets the company defined verification criteria. The starting CPA is 100 USD per verified first time depositor, subject to adjustment by mutual agreement with the Affiliate Manager. CPA payments are issued on the monthly payout date following verification.

Hybrid Arrangements

Hybrid arrangements combine revenue share with CPA to optimize early cash flow and long term value. For eligible partners, the hybrid model pays a fixed CPA per new depositor in addition to a reduced revenue share on net revenue. Specific terms are documented in the partner agreement with the Affiliate Manager.

Sub Affiliate Program

Partners may recruit sub affiliates. The primary partner earns a share of the revenues generated by the referrals of its sub affiliates. The Sub Affiliate Commission is capped at ten percent of the sub affiliates revenues, calculated monthly and paid in the same cycle as the primary revenue share, subject to compliance checks.

Promotional Assets and Marketing Tools

Rkgg provides a suite of marketing assets to support promotion, including banners, text links, and promotional creatives. Assets are accessible via the Partner Dashboard and may include static and dynamic banners in standard dimensions such as 728 by 90 and 300 by 250. A data feed in XML or JSON format is available to promote events and sports betting content on partner sites. Partners may use these tools only in accordance with program guidelines and applicable law.

Advertising Guidelines and Compliance

All promotions must be accurate, not misleading, and compliant with applicable gambling laws. Promotions must not target underage audiences or jurisdictions where advertising gambling is restricted. Partners must not engage in spamming, misrepresentation, or false endorsements. Rkgg reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partnership for noncompliance or actions that could damage the brand or violate the terms.

Payments and Payout Terms

Commission payments are issued on a monthly payout date following verification and processing. The minimum payout amount is 50 USD. If earnings do not reach the minimum threshold in a given month, the amount is carried forward to the next payout cycle. Negative balances do not roll forward. Eligible payments are issued via bank transfer or supported electronic wallets in USD. Taxes and any local obligations remain the responsibility of the partner.

Account Management and Reporting

Partners are assigned a dedicated account manager. The Partner Dashboard provides comprehensive reporting on clicks, registrations, deposits, and earnings, with downloadable CSV data and historical records. Real time monitoring supports issue resolution and performance optimization.

Exclusivity and Promotions

Exclusivity or restricted promotion arrangements may be negotiated in a written agreement. Where exclusive promotions are granted, terms and conditions will be outlined in the signed addendum. All other promotional activity remains subject to the standard program terms unless expressly modified in writing.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

Rkgg complies with applicable data protection laws. Partner data is processed solely for the administration of the affiliate program and is not disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law or for program enforcement. Data retention and security measures are described in the privacy and security policies available in the Partner Dashboard.

Term and Termination

The Affiliate Program agreement takes effect upon registration approval and remains in force until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate with thirty days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for material breach, violation of advertising guidelines, or actions that harm the Rkgg brand. Upon termination, partners must cease use of all promotional assets and remove them from their sites within seven days. Outstanding commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in accordance with the payout terms and the program policies.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rkgg is registered. Disputes arising from or related to the affiliate program will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory arbitration where required by applicable law or by mutual agreement of the parties.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application and completing onboarding, the partner agrees to the Rkgg Affiliate Terms and Conditions. The partner represents that, to the best of its knowledge, all information provided is accurate and that it will maintain compliant promotional activities and share truthful performance data.
