General Settlement Rules

Rkgg settles each market when the outcome is officially determined by the governing body, competition organizer, or relevant referee decision. Bets placed after publication of the outcome may be voided. If a match is not completed and decided by the official source, settlements follow that announcement. If the official determination arrives more than 48 hours after the end of the event and undecided bets have already been treated as undecided, the settlement will stand as void; player specials markets are excluded from this rule. Where a market remains unresolved by normal duration, settlement occurs when normal time ends unless the market description specifies otherwise. If overtime is required, markets that state inclusion of overtime are settled after overtime; penalties or deciders occurring after overtime are not considered unless expressly stated in the market.

Event Status: Postponement, Abandonment, and Continuation

• Events not started or postponed may remain open and bets stay valid if kick-off occurs within 48 hours of the official start time. If not resumed within that window, the operator reserves the right to void such bets and refund stakes.
• Events abandoned after start and later continued within 48 hours will have bets settled according to the resumed result; if continuation does not occur within 48 hours, settled markets reflect the determined result and undecided ones are voided.
• Two-leg ties: only markets linked to postponed legs are void; markets on completed legs remain unaffected.
• Outright markets (short and long term) are subject to a Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on participants stand normal even if the listed participant cannot take part, and are settled as losses. Head-to-head markets are excluded from this rule; if a listed participant is replaced within a team, team markets stand while individual markets may be voided.

Play-or-Pay, Outrights, and Market Subtypes

Outright and other broad market types survive disruptions under the Play-or-Pay rule; if a listed participant is unavailable, the market remains settled as specified above, except for H2H markets which are voided if the listed participant does not take part. Replacement participants within the same team do not automatically revive void markets for individuals; team markets retain validity while individual metrics tied to the original participant may be voided.

In-Play, Live Bets, and VAR

Decisions by Video Assistant Referee (VAR) that conflict with the on-pitch ruling alter the state of play for the time period between the incident and the final decision. Bets placed in that interval may be voided, unless the offered odds for the bet are unaffected or were already accounted for at the time of bet acceptance. Settlement of other bets not tied to the conflicting decision remains valid. The operator may reverse previously settled offers if a final decision changes the accuracy of earlier settlements, provided the decision is communicated before the match concludes.

Odds, Rounding, and Settlement Timelines

For user experience reasons, odds shown on screen are truncated to two decimal places. Total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal digit, while total winnings are truncated to two decimals. Any discrepancy reflects the rounding rules described here. The maximum interval for resettling a betslip after initial settlement is 30 days.

Formats, Timing, and Game Length

Supported prematch and live formats include combinations such as 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, and 3x30. Bets on matches with a duration shorter than 50 minutes or longer than 90 minutes are voided. For 3x30 formats, halftime duration is calculated as half the total match duration. The operator disclaims responsibility for unforeseen format changes; settlement risk is borne by the bettor and accepted during registration.

Scorers: First, Last, and Anytime

• Scorer markets apply to regular time unless stated otherwise. Own goals, per official authority, are omitted or treated as no scorer if the match contains only own goals.
• First Goalscorer is void if the player never features or enters after the first goal; exceptions apply for own goals, which are ignored for the purpose of first scorer.
• Last Goalscorer is void if the player never plays. Anytime Goalscorer applies to any player who participates, regardless of entry time. If a match is abandoned after a scorer has occurred, bets on the first goalscorer may stand while bets on the last goalscorer are void.

Additional Betting Types and Market Coverage

Other player specials and market variants follow the same principles of regular time eligibility, with adjustments for match abandonment, late substitutions, or other event-specific conditions. Markets relating to statistics or classifications align with the primary time frame and the official outcome rules described herein.

Fraud, Integrity, and Compliance

If there is any concern that a betting event is fraudulent or could be fixed, the operator may withhold settlement, notify regulatory bodies as appropriate, wait for a verdict, and settle or void bets in light of such findings. The operator reserves the right to take necessary actions to protect market integrity.

System Interruptions and Customer Actions

In the event of a technical interruption during bet placement, standard checks apply. Bets may be accepted or rejected based on funds, price accuracy, and other controls. If interrupted, customers should log in when the system is available to confirm bet acceptance in their history page.

Disclosures and Customer Documentation

All settlement rules, including amendments following official decisions, are part of the terms governing the betting service. Bettors are responsible for ensuring awareness of these rules prior to placing bets.
