Scope and Definitions

This Bonus Terms and Conditions document governs the provision and use of bonus offers issued by Rkgg. By opting into any bonus or using bonus funds, you acknowledge and accept these terms. All bonuses are subject to applicable law, and players must satisfy age and identity verification requirements where required. This document supplements the general Terms of Service of Rkgg.

Eligibility and Opt‑In

Bonuses are discretionary and offered at the sole discretion of Rkgg. Eligibility requires a verified account, a qualifying deposit as specified per offer, and compliance with these terms. Only one active bonus may be held per player at a time and per household, IP address, device, payment method, or other identifying data, as determined by Rkgg. Rkgg may deny, modify, or discontinue bonuses and related winnings if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or fraud, or if terms are not met.

Bonus Offers Overview

    • Withdrawal cap: the maximum withdrawal of funds derived from the bonus and Free Spins is €2,000 (or equivalent in other currencies).
    • Expiration: the bonus balance and any wagering obligations must be fulfilled within the period specified in the offer terms, or the bonus and related winnings may be canceled.

  3. Third Deposit Bonus

Wagering, Game Contributions and Progress

Wagering requirements must be satisfied to withdraw bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom. The general contributions are as follows, unless a specific offer states otherwise: 100% of eligible bets placed on slots; 5% on eligible table games and live casino games; 0% for other categories or for games excluded from wagering. The detailed contribution for each offer will be specified in its terms. Wagering is calculated on settled bets only and does not include bonuses or free spins winnings until eligible balances are converted to real money or until requirements are met.

Free Spins Administration

Free Spins are awarded as described in each offer and may be subject to a separate wagering requirement. Free Spin winnings must be rolled over as part of the overall wagering requirements, and the Free Spins may expire if not used within the period stated in the offer terms. Free Spins are restricted to specified games only, and any spins played on noneligible games will not count toward wagering.

Cashouts, Limits and Expiry

The total withdrawable amount from bonus funds and associated winnings is subject to the maximum allowed cashout per offer and per account. In the absence of offer‑specific limits, the default cap is €2,000 (or equivalent). All winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to recapture if wagering requirements are not satisfied. If a balance falls to or below a nominal threshold (for example 0.05 in the relevant currency), the bonus and associated wagering obligations may be canceled.

One Bonus Per Person; Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are issued on a per person basis. The company may treat multiple accounts, shared devices, or common payment methods as connected and may deny, reclaim, or withhold bonuses, or terminate accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, creating multiple accounts, sharing devices, or attempting to exploit bonus terms. Rkgg reserves the right to suspend bonuses, forfeit winnings, or close accounts as necessary to protect the integrity of promotions.

Changes, Cancellations and Right to Amend

Rkgg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus, promotion, or terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes apply to new participants and not to players who have already engaged with the applicable offer, unless otherwise stated. Players are advised to review bonus terms before participating in any promotion.

Compliance, Monitoring and Responsible Gaming

Rkgg conducts ongoing monitoring for compliance with these terms and applicable laws. Players must comply with age, identity, and legal/regulatory requirements. Players are encouraged to gamble responsibly and to seek help if gambling becomes a problem. Rkgg reserves the right to request documentation to verify identity, residence, and payment methods at any time.

Interaction with the General Terms

These Bonus Terms operate in conjunction with the general Terms of Service and any other promotional terms. In the event of a conflict between the bonus terms and the general terms, the bonus terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict only for the promotional activities described herein.

Governing Law and Disputes

The interpretation and enforcement of these Bonus Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Rkgg operates. Any disputes arising from bonus offers shall be resolved in the competent courts having jurisdiction in the relevant territory, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions where applicable.
